SupaMakers Limited ("SupaMakers", "we", "us") is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains what we collect through supamakers.com, why we use it, who processes it for us, and the choices available to you.

What we collect

When you visit our website:

• Pages viewed, landing and conversion paths, timestamps, and referring website
• First-party visitor and session identifiers
• Campaign information such as UTM parameters, CTA identifiers, advertising click identifiers, and OpenAI's click reference (oppref) when present in the URL
• Aggregated, privacy-friendly website analytics

When you enquire or book a meeting:

• Name, work email, company website, role, budget, preferred timing, and campaign source
• Qualification outcome and the information needed to route your enquiry
• Scheduling details supplied to or returned by Calendly, including meeting status and time

When you use our learning platform:

• First name, work email, and self-selected role or seniority
• LinkedIn profile information if you choose LinkedIn sign-in, currently name and email
• Course progress, module activity, quiz responses, and assessment results

When you use our tools or contact us:

• Information, messages, files, or other content that you choose to submit
• Technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service

How and why we use it

• Provide requested services: including learning access, saved progress, tools, enquiries, and meeting scheduling
• Respond and follow up: to discuss a requested project, resource, or meeting
• Understand performance: to measure which pages, campaigns, and resources lead to qualified enquiries and meetings
• Improve and secure the service: including troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and aggregate analysis
• Meet legal obligations: and establish or defend legal claims where necessary

Depending on the activity, we rely on performing a contract or taking steps at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and improving SupaMakers, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent. Where consent is required for advertising measurement, that measurement will not be enabled until you make a choice.

Advertising and conversion measurement

We may use the OpenAI Measurement Pixel and OpenAI Conversions API to understand whether a click on a ChatGPT ad resulted in an important action on our website. Events may include a booking-page view, a submitted lead form, or a scheduled appointment.

• The OpenAI click reference (oppref) may be stored in a first-party cookie and associated with later conversion events
• Where permitted and enabled, contact information used for advanced matching is normalised and SHA-256 hashed before it is sent for measurement
• We do not currently use this website measurement to create retargeting audiences
• Optional OpenAI measurement will be controlled through a consent choice where required

Cookies and browser storage

• Essential storage keeps you signed in, protects administrative access, and remembers necessary service state
• First-party attribution storage records a pseudonymous visitor ID, session ID, and campaign journey; attribution cookies are generally set for up to 90 days, while associated browser local storage remains until it is cleared
• Plausible Analytics provides aggregated website analytics without using analytics cookies
• OpenAI measurement, when enabled, uses first-party measurement signals to attribute conversions after an ad click
• Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies within its scheduling interface under its own privacy information

You can decline optional advertising measurement without losing access to the booking form or the rest of the website. You can also clear SupaMakers browser storage through your browser settings.

Service providers and data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We use service providers to operate the website and process data on our behalf, including Vercel for hosting, Convex for application data, Plausible for aggregate analytics, Calendly for scheduling, OpenAI for consented advertising measurement, LinkedIn for optional sign-in, and email delivery providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or in connection with a business reorganisation.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the United Kingdom, United States, and other countries. Where applicable, we use contractual and other recognised safeguards for transfers of personal data outside the United Kingdom.

Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including providing services, managing enquiries and business records, analysing campaign performance, resolving disputes, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods vary by data type. You may ask us to delete data that we no longer need, subject to legal exceptions.

Security

We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted connections and restricted administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. A withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it.
